I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean rooms with a fantastic view, offering privacy with the sliding door. The service was exceptional, with friendly and engaging staff. The location was ideal, surrounded by shopping and dining options. The dining experience was average, but the value for money was reasonable.

7.6/10

The hotel had nearly refinished rooms, perfect for our family of four. It was very clean, extremely large, and offered a great view. Booking with breakfast included was a plus, but the service had some ups and downs throughout my stay.

Rooms

Our room was nearly refinished and ideal for our family of four. It was very clean, extremely large, and offered a great view.
Service
7.0
The staff members were a mix of friendly and helpful individuals. Some were engaging in conversations, while others seemed less kind and knowledgeable, like when misinforming about the pool. However, dry cleaning, valet parking, welcome drinks, and pet amenities were available.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location was superb as it was within walking distance of all the places we wanted to see. Despite getting busy in the afternoons, it was surrounded by lots of expensive shops and had a great, bustling vibe. However, there were difficulties enjoying breakfast due to attending a conference at another location.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was okay but on the pricier side. Although it required a walk, opting for the small in-house a-la-carte menu would have been more suitable for business travelers on a tight schedule. Limited hours made it challenging due to conference commitments elsewhere.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were satisfactory, offering various amenities. However, the lack of accurate knowledge among staff impacted the overall service experience.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. Although the hotel was unable to accommodate breakfast on the first night and the breakfast hours didn't fully align with my schedule, the staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. The location was vibrant and convenient, within walking distance of all the places I wanted to visit, but the dining options were limited and somewhat pricey.
